Printing Handouts

When Niagara University moved to a new campus-wide printing system, students frequently came to the library for help setting up the printer on their devices. After testing the setup process on a variety of platforms, I created handouts for each one.

    While managing the Ask Us 24/7 virtual reference project at WNYLRC, I heavily revised the Training Manual for participating libraries. Revisions were based on observing the technical problems/questions that came from participants, and noticing concepts that needed further explanations/examples in training sessions.
